What are Faircoins?

Faircoins are unique credits designed to enhance your experience with us. They serve as a credit that grants you access to premium features on our platform.

These premium features provide you with enhanced capabilities, such as the ability to analyse longer text contracts or T&Cs, offering deeper and more insightful interpretations. We're constantly innovating, and exciting new features like FairBot are on their way to further enrich your experience.

What are Basics?

Basics are our simple credits to access basic features, made to help you get started quickly on our platform. You can use them to immediately check short texts in contracts and T&Cs, and you don't even need to sign up to begin.

The basic features are essential for a quick and easy analysis, making sure you can get results right away. If you choose to sign up for free, you'll get more Basics to use, which means you can run checks more often. It’s a simple way to make the most of our service, with the option to explore more detailed features whenever you're ready to upgrade membership.

Your Credit Balance & Using Faircoins/Basics

Keeping track of your credits is straightforward. Your current balance is displayed in the top right-hand corner of your screen, ensuring you're always informed about your credit status.

Using your credits is as easy as a click. On our product pages, you'll find buttons to use the premium/basic features. One Faircoin equals one use of a premium feature. One Basic equals one use of a basic feature. When you press the button for Premium Analysis, a prompt will ask for your confirmation. Following your confirmation, your balance will decrease accordingly. If your credits run out, you'll have to wait for the next cycle to access premium/basic features again.

Your credit balance will reset every 30 days so make sure you use them wisely because they do not carry over to the next cycle!

Obtaining Faircoins/Basics

The way you receive Faircoins/Basics is tied to your membership type. Here's how it works:

Unregistered Users

Receive 3 Basics per month. Unfortunately, Faircoins are not available without registration.

Free Registered Members

Receive 3 Faircoins and 10 Basics each month.

Premium Members

Enjoy a generous allocation of 15 Faircoins and 20 Basics each month.

Buying Faircoins/Basics

Currently, we don't offer the option to buy Faircoins/Basics outside of the membership system. However, we value your feedback! If this is a feature you'd like to see, please let us know at buycredits@fairlyfi.com.
